Full-Term Course Withdrawl Deadline Approaching

Course Withdrawl Deadline

This is just a reminder that the deadline to withdraw from full-term courses is 5 pm on Tuesday, November 17.

First-Semester Students:
You must email a request to your Academic Advisor asking to withdraw from a particular course through their academic advisor. If approved, your advisor will then email the enrollment office (enrollment@jcu.edu) to complete the withdrawal from a specific class.

Second-Semester and Older Students:
If you have been released to register for the Spring 2021 term, you can withdraw using Banner. If you have not been released to register, you will need to go through enrollment because of the hold. Please email your request to withdraw from a specific course to enrollment@jcu.edu.
