The Holiday Break adjusted hours for the ITS Service Desk are as follows:
Monday (12/21) and Tuesday (12/22): 8 AM – 5 PM (While the Service Desk in AD37 will be closed, technicians will be available through phone and Zoom to assist.)
Wednesday (12/23) till Sunday (1/3): Closed (Will be on Call for emergency support as well as assistance for Residence Hall network only)
You can still submit support tickets to helpdesk.jcu.edu during holiday hours. We will address them when we return to the office.
