Paul Guglielmo ’05, owner of Guglielmo’s Sauce, LLC and PERMAC Enterprises in Rochester, NY, will lead attendees through a guided cooking demonstration focusing on fresh pasta, meatballs, and homemade sauce. Attendees may either prepare the items alongside of Paul, or if they prefer, they can watch the program and cook at a later time. Following the program, attendees will learn more about Paul’s business and be able to ask him questions about it.
