Last Lecture with John McBratney

Please join us for the Last Lecture of John McBratney. The Last Lecture is a tradition where a person offers parting words of wisdom. Dr. McBratney has been a professor at John Carroll University for nearly 35 years, specializing in Victorian literature and colonial and postcolonial literature. He is the author of “Imperial Subjects, Imperial Space: Rudyard Kipling’s Fiction of the Native-Born” (2002), numerous articles, reviews, and poetry. His dedication to his craft of teaching, his meticulous attention to student writing, his passion for the Humanities, and his integrity were remarkable. He will be missed when he retires at the end of the semester.

Philip Metres is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
