Working for the ITS Service Desk will allow you to develop customer service skills, organization, troubleshooting, and basic technology skills. While we prefer to hire those with previous customer service and computer hardware skills, we are always willing to teach and train if you are willing to learn. With hours available for the early risers at 6:30 AM all the way to 7 PM, weekend hours, positions that are on campus and remote, excellent pay, and a fun work environment, ITS Service Desk is the place to work on campus.
