Carroll Card Office Hours
The Carroll Card Office will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you live on campus and have lost your card on a day the office is closed, please see the Office of Residence Life and they can issue you a temporary Carroll Card. If you are a commuter student, please email that you lost your card to carrollcard@jcu.edu so your card can be deactivated and see the Carroll Card office on the next day it is open. If you have an emergency, please contact Campus Police at 216-397-1234.
