We are happy to announce that the Mail Center has begun regular delivery and pick up for all departments. This started 2 weeks ago and the students hopefully have had some time to say hello. The schedule for the remainder of this semester is as follows:
Administration Building, Rodman Hall, Boler College of Business and O’Malley Center offices will be Monday – Friday mornings between 9:00 – 11:00 am.
Dolan Science Center, Lombardo Student Center and DeCarlo Varsity Center, Health Center, Counseling Center and Grasselli Library are scheduled Monday – Friday between 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
We are using the student workers and empowering them to help with more of the day to day functions i.e. running the postage machines.
*Please have all outgoing mail ready at the start time of your building’s route.
*All outgoing mail and packages need to have your org budget number included on a sticky note. Students need this information to help with postage and billings and most departments have several budget numbers. We want to assure proper billing and help students and departments with extra work down the road.
*If the students are unable to access your drop off/ pick up area, they will return all the packages and mail to the Mail Center. Pick up can be arranged for a later date or at the mail center during open window hours : Monday – Friday 9:00 – 11:30 am & 1:30 – 3:30 pm.
*If you are unable to pick up your packages and mail we know have and can utilize the Pack City Lockers located in the Administration hallway by AD 07 as an alternative method for your department’s mail.
