Today: Reminder: JCU Technology Satisfaction Survey 2021
The annual ITS technology satisfaction survey is back!
After taking last spring off for somewhat obvious reasons, the ITS technology satisfaction survey is back this year. This year’s survey is a little different as the TechQual survey instrument we had been using is no longer available. We hope you like this new streamlined survey which will only take a few minutes to complete. Faculty are encouraged to complete the survey as it includes specific questions to help improve the design of our HyFlex Classrooms.
The survey will be open through Friday, March 26th. All responses to the survey are confidential and no personal information is available as the data is analyzed.
