Hey JCU Students!
Have you been feeling stressed out recently? Would you like to learn about coping skills and tools that could help you improve your overall mental health? Then come join us for the Counseling Honor Society’s Mental Health Matters Zoom event on Friday, March 26th at 5:00pm. Sit back and relax while our Student Wellness Coordinator Jamie Greenwolf presents on how to improve your stress management in your day-to-day life. Are you interested in making a difference in your community? Be the first to hear about our new Mental Health Awareness shirts that will be available for purchase throughout the month of April and the cause the proceeds are going to, the Women’s Center at Moore Counseling and Mediation Services. JCU alum Sydney Beeman will be there to give you firsthand information about what the Women’s Center at MCMS does and the impact that care has on many members of the Cleveland community. Everyone could use a little less stress these days. If you would like to join us, please email our Chapter President Ashley Stotesbery at astotesbery21@jcu.edu OR check out the Counseling Dpt. Facebook page to register on our Google Form! You will receive the Zoom link before the event on Friday. We hope to see you there!
