HAVE YOU BEEN VACCINATED? Help JCU with its Health and Safety Planning

Understanding the level of vaccination among our faculty and staff helps us with our COVID-19 health and safety planning. It will give us data to assess our current circumstances and plan for response and prevention opportunities. If you are fully vaccinated, we ask you to share that with Human Resources.
If it has been two weeks since you have received both doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, please bring a copy of your vaccination card to the HR department, on the first floor of Rodman, Room 140, Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00. If you prefer not to share the details of your card, you can just sign an attestation at the link below, that confirms that you have been fully vaccinated. If you do so, you’ll receive a thank you gift from the University and JCU Fit.
Vaccine adoption among our campus community members is critical to returning to more normal operations and meeting our continuing goal of keeping the campus as safe as possible. Please let us know about your vaccine status. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to Jen Rick or another member of the Human Resources team.
