As we approach the end of the summer, we often tire of the same food that we have been eating for the past few months. Chef Bob Sferra ’86 will share three dishes (Corn Custard Souffle, Local Tomato-Burrata Salad and Almond Crumble Peach Crisp) which are sure to liven up your palate, as well as other tips to help create inspired cuisine this summer.
