Fall 2021 Group Fitness Schedule

JCU Recreation is excited to announce the Fall 2021 Group Fitness class schedule! Classes begin on Tuesday, September 7, and take place in the Fitness Studio in the Lombardo Student Center. All participants are asked to check in at the Recreation Desk prior to each class and masks are required throughout the entire class.

Mondays:
– 5:15-6:15 PM: Zumba (w/ Monique)
– 6:30-7:30 PM: POUND Fitness (w/ Sam)

Tuesdays:
– 6:00-7:00 AM: Cycling (w/ Abby) – Classes limited to 16 participants

Wednesdays:
– 5:15-6:15 PM: Zumba (w/ Monique)
– 6:30-7:30 PM: Vinyasa Blend Yoga (w/ Alana)

Thursdays:
– 10:00-11:00 AM: Vinyasa Blend Yoga (w/ Alana)

Fridays:
– 3:00-4:00 PM: Cycling (w/ Abby) – Classes limited to 16 participants
