Purple Lights Campaign Kickoff – You’re Invited!

Join the Title IX Office and the Office of Student Wellness for an opportunity to participate in a kickoff event for National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October.

This program will introduce you to the Purple Lights Campaign, a campaign to raise awareness of domestic violence as well as support those currently struggling with it. The Purple Lights Campaign is an opportunity to display a string of purple lights to symbolize that domestic violence has no place in our community.

At the hour-long kickoff program, you’ll receive a string of purple lights for your workspace or office, along with education, resources, and strategies to support survivors of domestic violence.

Coffee, tea, and other refreshments will be available.

The Purple Lights Campaign kickoff will be on September 30 at 10:00am in the O’Dea Room in the DJ Lombardo Student Center.
