Today: Start Your Week with Silent Meditation

Every Monday during the semester, a drop-in meditation group meets at 12:30 for silent meditation. While the weather permits, we are meeting on the breezeway between the O’Malley Center and Administration building.

This meditation group is for students, staff, and faculty. No signing up or registration is necessary, simply show up!

All are welcome. No experience is needed. No religiosity is required.
