Mandatory Password Change
In order to improve the security of our systems, it is important that we enhance our campus password requirements. Based upon current technical limitations and industry best practices, all new passwords must contain a minimum of 15 characters.
To change your password, visit https://password.jcu.edu/ and follow the steps.
IMPORTANT: Do not change your password using CTRL+ALT+DEL on any JCU Windows machine. Make sure you log out and log back in to reflect your new password on any JCU machines.
Your existing password will expire on Oct 31, 2021. If you have not reset your password by then you will not be able to access campus resources until you do. Please change your password as soon as possible.
