Today: Freedom Society and OIPu Present: Kevin Kahn on “Ending Qualified Immunity: What Does it Take?”
The Freedom Society and OIPu are hosting Kevin Kahn, one of the leaders of the movement to end qualified immunity in Ohio. He was on the board of Accountability Now Ohio, an organization who was trying to get the issue of qualified immunity on the ballot in 2022. Although their petition was rejected by the attorney general of Ohio, he is continuing to talk about his experience and advocate for this issue. He will be in person on Tuesday, 11/16 at 6p.m. in AD235.
