JCU Auxiliary Services has partnered with Information Technology Services to assist in the implementation of Coursedog, which is an event management software designed to help JCU to optimize the event scheduling process. We are still calling the system “JCU Space Finder” and the website links are being altered to bring everyone to the new site. On-line training will be available via videos and existing reservations are being transferred into the new cloud based system. Starting Friday, January 14th, the new system will be live and available to all for new room and space reservations. Like before, you will be able to view a comprehensive list of JCU events including classes, conferences, cultural activities, athletic events and more. You may also use this system to schedule events for your group, department, or organization.
Please look for more emails that will be coming soon to help with links and training. The goal is a new and improved room and event reservation experience.
