Today: Spring Classroom Software Requests

Spring 2022 Classroom Software Requests
If you haven’t already, please submit any software requests for classrooms and student computer labs (both physical & virtual) to the Service Desk as soon as possible. Any software installed in the Fall semester will still be available in that classroom or lab, but if you are using something new please let us know before classes begin. Any requests that are received after January 12, 2022, will not be installed until after the first week of classes as we work to ensure a smooth transition back to classes.
We will have a hard deadline of no software installations in these spaces after February 4th, 2022.
Please note that all software will be evaluated for appropriate licensing prior to installation.
Please include the following:
1) Access to the installation media (physical DVD, website address, etc.)
Bring the physical media to the Service Desk in the Administration Building Room 37.
2) Any installation Instructions or information provided by the software company.
3) License Agreement.
4) A class list if your students require access to the Adobe or Computer Science VMs.
5) What classrooms do you require this to be installed in?
