Today: Saxbys Grand Opening
Join us for Saxbys grand opening on the lower level of the Administration Building (across from ITS) Tuesday, January 18th from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. The cafe will offer a full menu of coffee drinks, breakfast options, and creative grilled cheese sandwiches.
Saxbys employs a unique business model, operating under a proprietary Experiential Learning Platform, or ELP. The business is run exclusively by students from management, accountancy to food service operations. Saxbys leads a network of 10 ELP programs on eight college campuses across the country. The JCU franchise will be the first in Ohio.
We are excited to partner with Saxbys to offer this hands-on, real-world opportunity for our students,” said Dr. Alan Miciak, President of John Carroll University. “This combination of academic and experiential learning will position our students to succeed during their time at JCU and after graduation.”
