Hear from Former Blue Streaks About Working in Sports
Join us on Wednesday, April 20th, at 7 pm in AD 25 for a sports communication event hosted by the Public Relations Student Society of America. Football Communications Coordinator for Los Angeles Chargers, Danny Markino, will be the guest speaker! Danny (‘18) was a Communications major and played football at JCU. We are also hoping to have Brenan Betro (’19), another grad and Social Media Coordinator for the San Antonio Spurs NBA team join us as well! Brenan’s availability is still up in the air, as the NBA season is about to head into the playoffs, but he is hoping to join us. Nonetheless, we are excited to welcome Danny and (hopefully!) Brenan to speak more on their current roles and hear from these Real-World Russerts! We hope to see you there – there will be food!
