The Counseling Center is hosting a drop-in, silent meditation group for students, staff, and faculty. If you are curious about meditation, are an experienced meditator, or anything in between, this is a chance to practice with a supportive group.
This weekly, drop-in meditation group requires no signing up or registration – just show up! No experience is needed, and no particular beliefs are required. Counseling staff will be happy to provide any assistance if you are new to meditation. Meditations will be about 20 minutes long. All are welcome!
