The Exercise Science Club will be hosting its annual “Exercise is Medicine Week” this upcoming week, October 3rd-7th! Each day there will be an activity/event that promotes health and wellness. The schedule is as follows:
Monday= Boxing Class with 2 Tone Boxing Club from 2:30-3/3:30pm in the Fitness Studio
Tuesday= Cycling with Nathan David from 7-8pm in the Fitness Studio (18 seats available! First come, first serve!)
Wednesday= Yoga with Cleveland Yoga Studio from 10-11am on the Hamlin Quad (Fitness Studio if inclement weather)
Thursday= Fitness Assessments from 11-12am in the Dolan Atrium (prizes available!)
Friday= Spikeball Torurnament from 1-2pm on the Hamlin Quad (IM gym if inclement weather; prizes available!)
