Well-Being Wednesday, Live Webinar, “Sweet Smarts”, Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. EST

The Human Resources Department would like to call your attention to a great resource at no charge. Our Employee Assistant Program, Impact Solutions, offers six live webinars on a quarterly basis.

The first of two live webinars in November is “Sweet Smarts”. In a world where Type 2 diabetes is showing up in children and over-consumption of sugar is considered the norm, the holidays can feel especially overwhelming as it relates to our health. This session will take you through the basics of how the body manages sugar, the implications of sugar overload, and steps you can take to manage your own sugar. You will leave with practical tools that will leave you feeling more energetic and full of vitality during the holidays!
