CGLC Educational Technology Workshop on Partner Chat Applications
Join us in the Center for Global Languages and Cultures (CGLC) in OC 101 for our second CGLC Educational Technology Workshop of the year. For this workshop, we will be discussing various types of partner chat applications available for your language teaching. Partner chat applications allow students to dialogue with native speakers in a particular language in a structured way. Advantages and disadvantages of each platform will be discussed and colleagues who have used these applications in the past will share their experiences. This workshop will be held on the following dates and times:
Wednesday November 16 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
Thursday November 17 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM
Community members are free to attend one or both of these sessions. Light snacks will be provided. Please indicate your availability to come to the workshop by following the link to the Google Form below.
