Wednesday, November 16th ITS will launch the new Ticketing System through TeamDynamix. As ITS transitions tickets from the old system to the new system, you will receive notifications via email of your ticket’s new information. These emails will come from teamdynamix@jcu.edu and will contain links to your ticket in the new system. The URLs will start with “HTTPS://jcu.teamdynamix.com/”.
