December Payroll Processing
With the upcoming December holidays, please be aware of the following payroll processing deadlines for approved EPAF’s, stipend payments, employee expense reimbursements, and changes to tax withholding and other benefit deductions. These items should be submitted to the payroll office no later than the dates listed below to insure they will be included in the respective pays.
• December 9th for the December 16th Bi-Weekly Pay
• December 15th for the December 30th Monthly Pay
• December 15th for the December 30th Bi-Weekly Pay
• Make sure all timecards for pay period 12/11 -12/24 are approved and submitted for students and staff by 5:00 pm 12/16/22
