Well-Being Wednesday, Live Webinar, “Don’t Stress the Season”, Thursday, December 8, 2022, 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. EST

The Human Resources Department would like to call your attention to a great resource at no charge. Our Employee Assistant Program, Impact Solutions, offers six live webinars on a quarterly basis.

The first of two live webinars in December is “Don’t Stress The Season”. Self-care is deliberate action we take to care for our emotional, physical, and mental health. The holidays are a busy time of the year, and sometimes we fail to take this action. The holiday season is a time of giving. In this webinar, we will discuss the gift of self-care during a time we should be enjoying our family, and not feeling the holiday blues. So, let’s put the “ME” in Merry and not stress the season.
