Faculty SAS Accommodations Portal-Spring 2023

Student Accessibility Services: New Accommodation Portal for Spring 2023 Accessible Information Management (AIM)

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) is launching a new portal called Accessible Information Management (AIM) to coordinate student accommodations beginning Spring 2023. This replaces the current paper-based accommodation process, and will create a more streamlined, interactive process for students and faculty to communicate and facilitate student accommodations.
-All academic accommodation requests will be conducted through AIM.
-All accommodation letters will be sent through AIM and faculty will receive an email notification upon a student’s accommodation request. Faculty will also be able to access accommodation letters and related information in the faculty portal within AIM.
-The faculty portal will be accessed using your JCU single sign-on using this link: https://hunter.accessiblelearning.com/JCU/Instructor
