JCU Recreation is excited to announce the Spring 2023 weekly Group Fitness class schedule! Classes begin on Monday, January 23, and take place in the Fitness Studio at the RecPlex. All participants should check in at the Recreation Desk and sign a waiver prior to each class.
Mondays:
– 4-5pm | Cycling w/ Sophie
– 5-6pm | Zumba w/ Monique
Tuesdays:
– 5-6pm | Power Yoga w/ Shannon
Wednesdays:
– 12-1pm | Faculty/Staff Yoga w/ Rashida – Presented by JCU Fit
– 5-6pm | Zumba w/ Monique
Thursdays:
– 8:30-9:30am | Power Yoga w/ Shannon
Fridays:
– 12-1pm | Yoga & Reflection w/ Liz
