Today: JCU FIT – Walk & Choc – GO MOVE kick off event

Walk & Choc
Join colleagues to start off the GoMove Challenge or just for a fun lunchtime walk.
• February 1, promptly at 12pm
• Come dressed for the weather and meet colleagues at the John Carroll Head statue on the main quad.
• Walk the quad and build up points for your first day of the challenge
• End at the Dolan Science Center (Reading Room) for hot chocolate/tea and a snack

Join the annual GO MOVE Challenge

Join colleagues from JCU as well as the majority of other Jesuit Universities and Colleges in the challenge
• The challenge starts at 12 a.m. on Feb. 1 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 28 (all Pacific Time)
