Today: Call for Nominations – Department of Education Alumni Awards
The Department of Education is soliciting nominations from the public for two alumni awards. These awards recognize outstanding achievement in the field of education and honor much of the work of the Department of Education since its inception in 1935.
The Educator Alumni Award is presented to a graduate of JCU who has demonstrated significant and distinguished accomplishments in the field of Education, and
The Distinguished Educator Award is presented to a member of the Education Professional Community who has distinguished accomplishments in the field of Education and has maintained strong connections with John Carroll University.
The awards will be present to the alumni at the annual Celebration of Education Event, celebrating the graduating seniors and award recipients, to be held in Dolan on April 28th, 2023.
If you would like to nominate someone for either or both of these awards, please send an email with a brief explanation of the nominee’s qualifications to education@jcu.edu by March 17th.
