To take the survey, go to your JCU email where you have received an email invitation to take the Healthy Minds Survey.
The online survey takes about 25 minutes to complete and is a chance to reflect on important topics in your life and in your campus community! Also, you have been automatically entered into a sweepstakes for 1 of 2 $500 prizes or 1 of 10 $100 prizes. The drawing will be conducted by researchers at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in Ann Arbor, Michigan in summer 2023. Winners will be notified by email and provided with information about how to collect the prize.
