Revised Administrative Policy

Revisions to the Nondiscrimination, Nonharassment, and Bias-Related Incidents were required for regulatory compliance. These revisions have been approved as an Interim Policy by the University Committee on Administrative Policies (UCAdP). The policy is posted at https://jcu.edu/university-committees/university-policies#ucap and is now in effect.

A full review of the policy will be undertaken in the coming weeks by UCAdP which will include the traditional public comment period.
