Interested in spending spring break of 2024 in ROME? Want to visit the Roman Forum? The Vatican? The Coliseum? Take HS 305: Rome: City of Emperors, Popes and Saints. This course will be offered in Spring of 2024 and provide a survey of the history of the city of Rome from antiquity to the unification of Italy in the 19th century. Lectures will be on the history, culture, theology, and art of Rome. It counts towards the HUM requirement in the Core and the Catholic Studies Minor. The major portion of the course will take place during spring break, when lectures will take place on site in Rome.
Dr. Murphy will be hosting an information session on this fantastic course on March 28th and 29th at 5:00pm in SIH 225. You only need to attend one of these two sessions.
