Please join JCU’s Office of Legal Affairs for a Legal Update for Supervisors on current legal issues that affect JCU supervisors. The session will provide an overview of several relevant laws and JCU policies, such as political activity guidelines, non-solicitation and non-University activities policies, contracts and signatories, wage and hour issues, privacy regulations, accommodating religious beliefs at work, and laws on hiring foreign nationals. The session will include the opportunity for questions and discussion on related topics.
