First-Years and Graduating Seniors: There’s Still Time to Take the NSSE!
Attention First-year students and graduating seniors: Your Voice Matters!
This year, John Carroll University is again participating in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). The NSSE was designed to provide information colleges and universities can use to improve the quality of undergraduate education. The goal is to help John Carroll understand how engaged students are in activities that lead to learning.
By now, eligible first-year and graduating senior students have received an email and Canvas invitation from NSSE with a link to the survey.

• Going to nssesurvey.org
• Clicking on “don’t know your login ID”
• Completing the easy, one-step verification process to log in
In appreciation for your participation, students who complete the survey by April 14, 2023, will be automatically entered into a drawing for 1 of 175 Saxbys gift cards worth $5 each. Your chances of winning depend on how many students complete the survey; the last time we administered this survey about 464 students responded.
