The University Committee on Administrative Policies has posted a new policy for public comment:
The University Archive Policy is a companion to the Record Retention Policy, and it explains processes and rules around transferring records to the Archives.

If something warrants further discussion, please let me know; one of our members or the proposers can attend a meeting. The committee will review all comments at an upcoming meeting. Responses will be sent to respondents who sign their comments. Responses to anonymous comments are posted with committee minutes in the JCU Faculty & Staff Shared Google Drive. We normally maintain a thirty-day comment period but because many campus constituents do not work a 12-month calendar, we will leave comments open until September 8.
