Group Fitness classes are back starting Wednesday, September 6! All classes take place in the RecPlex Fitness Studio and are free to current JCU Recreation members unless otherwise noted.

Mondays:
– 4-5pm: Cycling (w/ Sophie)
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Tuesdays:
– 12-1pm: Vinyasa Yoga (w/ Amy)
– 5-6pm: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
Wednesdays:
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Thursdays:
– 12-1pm: Faculty/Staff Yoga (JCU Fit)
Fridays:
– 9-10am: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
– 5-6pm: Yin Yoga (w/ Monique)
Saturdays:
– 9-10am: Community Yoga (w/ Amy) – Per class fee required
