Speakers and Events Policy for Faculty and Staff

Most events featuring outside speakers or performers must have prior approval, per the University’s Speakers and Events Policy. Some academic events, all presentations during the hiring process, and commencement are exempt from the policy. Faculty and staff should consult https://www.jcu.edu/university-committees/ucadp/ucadp-speakers-and-events for more information and to access the form to request approval.
