Laura Meckler, Washington Post Journalist, will be speaking about her new book, Dream Town: Shaker Heights and the Quest for Racial Equity, on the challenges of providing full inclusion and support for students of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The event will be held on October 5, 2023, at 7 p.m., in the Jardine Room in Lombardo Student Center, with refreshments following the talk. Her book will be available for purchase at the JCU Bookstore till 8:30.
