The Human Resources Department would like to call your attention to a great resources at no charge. Our Employee Assistant Program, Impact Solutions, offers six live webinars on a quarterly basis.
The first of two live webinars in October is “Empowering Your Influence”. Influence is the ability to impact the behavior of others in a specific direction, leveraging key strategies that engage, connect, and motivate them. Positive influence is key to successful leadership. In this session, we will explore the introspection and strategy required to empower positive, impactful influence.
