To sign up for electronic delivery, sign into your Employee Dashboard via Banner. Under the “Taxes” drop-down menu, select “Electronic Regulatory Consent” and click ‘ok’ when prompted. Click the box for W2. Please note 1095’s (ACA documentation) will still be mailed. If you do not want your W2’s available on your dashboard, your W2 will be mailed mid-January.
If you previously consented to receive your W2 online you do not need to do so again. Once you consent, you will continue to have access to your W2 online until you withdraw your consent.
If you moved in 2023, please inform Leslie Beck (lbeck@jcu.edu) prior to 12/15/23.
