Attention all student employee supervisors, as we approach the end of the Fall semester the financial aid office wanted to send out a reminder in regards to student employment in preparation for Spring semester.
1. If there are any current employees working without completed employment paperwork (I-9, W4, Direct Deposit) they will need to complete said paperwork and submit it as soon as possible in order to be paid or continue working.
2. If there are any employees that are currently no longer working for you please notify the student employment administrator (DaVaughn DuBose, firstname.lastname@example.org).
3. After reviewing your student employee list please update Handshake and make sure that only open and available positions are listed for students to view during the spring semester.
