Functional Strength & Yoga
Thursday December 21st
12-1pm in the Fitness Room
• Led by Leslie Beck – ACE CPT and Melanie Moss, E-RYT200
• This is a mixed class of 30 minutes body weight exercises to strengthen and ending with 30 minutes of yoga to lengthen and stretch.
• Yoga mats will be available but you may bring your own.
• Shoes are optional.
• This is an all levels class.
