The Review and Appeal Policy provides resolution procedures should a staff employee wish to appeal the outcome of an employment action, such as a corrective action or misapplication of University policy. The policy was posted for comment earlier in the year and has been finalized. This policy replaces the former Grievance Policy. The Review and Appeals policy includes both an informal and formal resolution process and clarifies the timelines in consideration of the nature of the academic environment we work in.
