Group Fitness classes are back starting Monday, January 22! All classes take place in the RecPlex Fitness Studio and are free to current JCU Recreation members unless otherwise noted.

Mondays:
– 4pm: Cycling (w/ Sophie)
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Tuesdays:
– 12:30pm: Vinyasa Yoga (w/ Amy)
Wednesdays:
– 12pm: Functional Fitness & Yoga (presented by JCU Fit)
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Thursdays:
– No classes
Fridays:
– 9am: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
– 5pm: Yin Yoga (w/ Monique)
Saturdays:
– 9am: Community Yoga (w/ Amy) – Per class fee required
