Today: Group Fitness Classes | Spring 2024

Group Fitness classes are back starting Monday, January 22! All classes take place in the RecPlex Fitness Studio and are free to current JCU Recreation members unless otherwise noted.

The class schedule is listed below, but we encourage you to view the weekly calendar for real-time updates (https://shorturl.at/mrJU8). If you have any questions, email recreation@jcu.edu.

Mondays:
– 4pm: Cycling (w/ Sophie)
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)

Tuesdays:
– 12:30pm: Vinyasa Yoga (w/ Amy)

Wednesdays:
– 12pm: Functional Fitness & Yoga (presented by JCU Fit)
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)

Thursdays:
– No classes

Fridays:
– 9am: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
– 5pm: Yin Yoga (w/ Monique)

Saturdays:
– 9am: Community Yoga (w/ Amy) – Per class fee required
