Today: When The Uniform Goes Away: Veteran Transition to Higher Education (Professional Development Opportunity)
Faculty and staff are invited to attend a presentation featuring Mike Brown (Baldwin Wallace College) that will provide an overview of the current and recent trends related to veteran transition and integration into higher education. The presentation highlights benefits, challenges, and programs that support veterans in overcoming obstacles. We’ll discuss growth, using valuable skills developed through military service, and achieving their educational goals. The event will take place on Friday, April 5th, from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm, in the O’Dea Room. Lunch will be provided for attendees.
