Human Resources Policy Update
The Corrective Action and Work Expectations policy was updated and completed its 30-day comment period. No concerns were raised from the community. The revisions intended to do the following:
• Define the roles of employees and supervisors in meeting the expectations of the University.
• Provide further definition and explanation of corrective actions.
• Highlight work expectations of all University employees as opposed to potential workplace violations.

This revised policy is effective as of April 8, 2024.
