IMA Meeting + JCU Grad Panel Discussion
Accountancy and Finance majors and any other interested people are invited to the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) meeting on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 pm in BR 33. There will be a JCU Grad panel discussion on the “Alternative Pathways to Accounting Careers”. Recent alumni will talk about their career paths in the broad realm of management accounting, including financial management, government accounting, internal auditing, and sustainability. You will hear about the varied accounting career journeys that six graduates have pursued and the challenges and opportunities that they have encountered. The panelists include Joseph Brickman ’19, Robert Cameron ’16, William Cameron ’17, Kevin Smith ’99, Patrick Spicuzza ’91, and Drew Vargo ’17. For more information please contact rsavoie25@jcu.edu.
